Zebras Children and Adults charity prides itself on being providers of supported employment roles. Zebras Community Cafe opened in April 2019 and had a very successful first year. It offered voluntary employment to adults and students with disabilities giving them the chance to experience work in a real environment that had been adapted to suit their needs.
Since opening the charities first premises - the Zebras Hub in Enfield North London, we are delighted to be running a weekly Coffee Stop for Carers, parents & friends whereby the community come together, have a chat, in a friendly, comforting environment while enjoying our “cake of the week” and refreshments.
We have now expanded to Suffolk and developing servces in this area.
All volunteers who work with us are supported through the charities volunteering programme and are offered free training where possible. For more information about the project please email us at zebrascacharity@outlook.com
